Gratitude
I have been practicing expressing my gratitude a lot lately. I read an article today about "Holistic Gratitude", feeling grateful for life itself, for existence, for anything and everything you experience. This means good, bad, your problems/challenges, the universe.........everything. The author says this type of gratitude is more of an underlying attitude.
